Did I mention I now work? I imagine so, a few times even. What I have found is that there are times in my day I am wound tighter than tight. At some point I remembered a skill I worked on last year, but I have dropped... 10 deep cleansing breaths. So, I am in better shape than when I started... I no longer cough when taking the breaths. However, because I have a hard time staying IN THE MOMENT, I usually have moved on about breath five or six. A work in progress! BUT the best part is that it truly works. I need to find a moment to just do it rather than do it in the moment. Be prepared instead of reacting. Hmmm that could be its own resolution. maybe.
